Introduction:
If you want to use multiple linear actuators to raise and lower an equipment, for example two, three or four electric actuators. Since the high-speed DC motors in electric actuators cannot run at exactly the same speed, so the movement speed of the electric actuator will also be different. When multiple electric actuators work at the same time, their actual speeds cannot be exactly the same. In this case, we can use a synchronous controller to operate multiple linear actuators to rise or fall synchronously. They work completely in sync without any difference.

Working principle:
If you want to use a synchronization controller to operate 2, 3 or 4 linear actuators fully synchronously, you will need to purchase built-in Hall effect sensors for each linear actuator. And when you purchased Hall effect sensors along with linear actuators, we will install Hall effect sensors in the linear actuators during production for you.
When 2, 3 or 4 linear actuators are running together, Hall sensor will send Hall signals to the synchronization controller, and the controller will adjust the running speed of each linear actuator, so that all linear actuators run at the exact same speed.

Feature:
It can operate four electric linear actuators B to run completely synchronously.
Wired control via a control handle.
Wireless control via a remote.
Two function buttons: â–² and â–¼.
With reset button.

Two selectable control modes: Interlocking mode or Momentary mode.
Operating Temperature: -20°C ~ +70°C
Case size: 150 x 147 x 40 mm (5.9 x 5.8 x 1.6 inches)

Connection:
1) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to red power cord of the controller, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to black power cord of the controller.
2) Plug four linear actuators to the controller.
3) Plug the control handle to the controller.

How to set the control mode:
The controller has two selectable control modes, interlocking mode and momentary mode. You can switch the control modes as follows:
Simultaneously press and hold the reset button on the controller and the button UP on the control handle or remote control for 8-9 seconds.

Operation in different control modes:

1. Interlocking control Mode:
1.1 Operation via the control handle:

1) Press the button â–² of the control handle, four linear actuators extend outward at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop four linear actuators at the same time.
2) Press the button â–¼ of the control handle, four linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop four linear actuators at the same time.

1.2 Operation via the remote control:
1) Press the button â–² of the remote control, four linear actuators extend out at the same time, they will reach the maximum stroke at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop four linear actuators at the same time.
2) Press the button â–¼ of the remote control, four linear actuators retract inward at the same time, they will fully retract at the same time and stop automatically. During operation, you can also press any button to stop four linear actuators at the same time.

2. Momentary Control Mode:
2.1 Operation via the control handle:

1) Press and hold the â–² button of the control handle, four linear actuators extend outward at the same time; Release the button, four linear actuators stop at the same time.
2) Press and hold the â–¼ button of the control handle, four linear actuators retract inward at the same time; Release the button, four linear actuators stop at the same time.

2.2 Operation via the remote control:
1) Press and hold the button â–² of the remote control, four linear actuators extend out at the same time; Release the button, four linear actuators stop at the same time.
2) Press and hold the button â–¼ of the remote control, four linear actuators retract inward at the same time; Release the button, four linear actuators stop at the same time.

Reset Function:
When the system is being used for the first time, or when the system is not working properly, or when the linear actuators are no longer perfectly synchronized, you can reset the controller by any of the following three methods.
Method 1: Press and hold two buttons of the control handle at the same time for more than 7 seconds.
Method 2: Press and hold the reset button of the controller and the button â–¼ of the control handle at the same time for more than 7 seconds.
Method 3: Press and hold the reset button of the controller and the button â–¼ of the remote control at the same time for more than 7 seconds.

Working status and LED indicators:
1. Power on is normal: The green light is on, and the red light is off.
2. Normal work: The green light is on, the red light is on, and the red light is off after the work is over.
3. Overload: The green light is on, and the red light is on. At this time, it cannot work normally, and it must be reset first.
4. The error is too large: The green light is flashing, and the red light is off. At this time, it cannot work normally, and it must be reset first.
5. Low voltage: The green light is off, and the red light is off.
6. Hall sensor failure: The green light is off, and the red light is flashing.
7. During the reset operation: The green light flashes, and the red light flashes. When the reset is completed, the green light is on, and the red light is off.
