How do I choose a linear actuator?
A: We have the separate linear actuator, controller and a variety of accessories. To make it easier to choose and use, we have also put together a set to avoid your choosing problems. At the time of purchase, you can choose the desired stroke linear actuator and controller according to your own measurement and usage, or you can send us an E-Mail and we will advise you accordingly.
Can the remote control also be used for other devices?
A: Our remote control can also be used for DC motors in addition to linear actuators. Control of DC motors of roller blinds/doors, projection screens, awnings, pumps, winches, conveyors or other devices and mechanical devices with voltage DC 12V/24V.
Payment and Orders
Which payment method can I use to pay?

Why is my payment declined?
A: If your credit card is declined, there could be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card has expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (Card not present), etc. In any case, they can tell you why the card is declined by calling your bank. You can try another credit card or use PayPal as your payment method.
How do I cancel my order?
A: Only unshipped orders can be canceled, cancellation can be made via E-Mail.
The Linear Actuators are the customized products, we need to produce them according to the specified parameters in your order, so that we do not accept returns or cancel orders. If customers order unsuitable linear actuators themselves, we also do not accept exchanges, please understand.
What if my address is incorrect?
A: If your address is not available, we will send you an E-Mail. Please check your email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order.
What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the shipping method you choose.
How can I track my package?
A: We will send you an E-Mail with the tracking number that you can use to search on the tracking page.
How long is the guarantee period?
A: The warranty period is two years. If there are quality problems with the products during the warranty period, we will replace the new product for free, but you need to pay the corresponding shipping costs.
About return or exchange:

What is your return policy?
A: Faulty and Missing Parts: If you receive a faulty product, or an incorrect product that was not ordered by you, or a product damaged during shipping. Please return it to us within 7 days of the date of receipt.
The products should be original and unused and returned with the original packaging, contents and accessories.
In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day after receiving the package.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs under all circumstances.
