How to use a speed governor to control the speed of linear actuator

The speed of linear actuator or motor can be adjusted through twisting the knob.
Connect:
1) Connect DC power supply to the input terminals.
2) Connect linear actuator or motor to the output terminals.
Operation with linear actuator:
Twist the knob to adjust the movement speed of linear actuator.
Twist clockwise, the moving speed of linear actuator will speed up.
Twist anti-clockwise, the moving speed of linear actuator will slow down.
Operation with motor:
Twist the knob to adjust the rotation speed of motor.
Twist clockwise, the rotation speed of motor will speed up.
Twist anti-clockwise, the rotation speed of motor will slow down.
